What We Offer
16 Plus
offers placements to young people leaving care between
the ages of 16 and 25 years old.
The following packages of support
are offered
Standard Package:
Accommodation and 6 hours outreach support £495
per week
Intensive Package: Accommodation and
12 hours outreach support £675 per week
Flat Share Package: Accommodation and
3 hours outreach support £250 per person, per
week
Emergency Placements:
16 Plus
are also able to provide emergency placements which
may initially be in Bed & Breakfast accommodation.

and support packages including Mother and Child Placements
